This pedagogic CD-ROM based on the book "Signal Processing for Geologists and Geophysicists" uses the MUSTIG software developed by the ""Laboratoire des Images et des Signaux"" (LIS-CNRS). 86 animations with adjustable parameters present the various tools and concepts used in signal processing, their limits and necessary precautions as well as numerous pedagogical applications (oil technologies, civil engineering, seismology). The diversity and the high degree of interactivity make this CD-ROM a user-friendly training and research tool.
