Happyagony

Ocena: 5 (1 głosów)

Life can be a tumultuous journey, filled with both heartache and joy. Since his teenage years, the actor Mem Ferda has poured his soul into crafting poetry, and now feels compelled to share these words with the world. Through these verses, he strives to awaken deep emotions, ignite inspiration, and spread positivity, all the while offering a glimpse into the tapestry of reality, as seen through his own introspection and experiences.

These poems are like kaleidoscopes, each revealing a unique pattern, open to interpretation based on one’s worldview, values, and principles. They emanate from the depths of the author’s being, bearing the weight of true-life encounters. As readers immerse themselves in these words, they will, hopefully, find solace and delight, just as he has found solace and delight in their creation. If these poems can elicit such a response, then they will have accomplished their purpose.

Happyagony - opinie o książce

" [...] Live each day with passion and zest. [...]"

Do you know the British actor - Mem Ferda? Have you watched movies with him? This time I got to know him from a completely different side. Mem Ferda writes poems that are moving. He touches on topics related to his family, doner kebab, tattoos, vaccines, Covid-19, sadness and love. The poem that moved me the most is about his deceased sister Aydin. I feel the same as Mem, because I also lost my brother. And I can't come to terms with it either.

I hope that the author/actor will not stop at this work and will share with us one more time what he hides in his heart.
"Happyagony" can be read in different ways. You can read all the poems at once, or enjoy each one separately. The latter is better because you can feel the emotions that the author was guided by when creating a given text.

I recommend Mem Ferd's collection of poems entitled "Happyagony".
