Why Are You Sick?: How to reclaim your health with the Ultimate Health Model™ - opinie o książce

" [...] Our bodies were designed to function optimally, and all we need to do is learn how to connect the right dots. [...]"

Benjamin L. Smith has been practising a healthy lifestyle for fifteen years. I'll tell you right away that he is not a doctor. He is a health coach. He willingly shares his acquired knowledge with other people.
Benjamin created the book "Why are you sick?", in which he discusses the Ultimate Health Model(TM). He shows us what a healthy life looks like, and how unfortunately sick one looks like. Thanks to this, we can witness a beautiful transformation of our lives, if we follow his good advice. Of course, we don't have to like every piece of it.
While reading this book, I had the impression that I was in a biology class at school. Benjamin L. Smith described the inside of our bodies so beautifully that I am still in shock. I thought I knew how to breathe properly through my nose. However, after reading this book, I started to look at myself and I caught myself breathing through my mouth, not only when my nose is blocked when I am sick. Why shouldn't you breathe through your mouth? The author explains it perfectly. Thanks to this, I now have control over myself.
The author made me realize that I eat poorly. Thank you for the good advice. I will try to implement it in my life, but I know it will be very difficult. Eliminating sugar from my life, for me, is like conquering the summit of Mount Everest.
Sleep plays a very important role in our lives. It is more important than diet, exercise, or even healthy eating. Why?
Water is very important in our lives, but these days I would not decide to drink water directly from the source. I am not sure that such water is safe to drink.
In "Why are you sick?" you will find a lot of interesting facts that are worth implementing in your life.
I recommend this book to busy, overworked, sickly people and athletes.
