I love Christmas mysteries, so I was happy to reach for the latest novel by PJ Skinner, entitled "Purrfect crime". It was nice to return to the characters of one of the better series, "The Seacastle Mysteries".
Here we have the mystery of a certain death, the search for Hades, and preparations for Christmas.
Helena wanted to give Tanya a Christmas present and hired a gardener to tidy up her sister's garden. Unfortunately, something was discovered by accident. This something will turn their lives into an incredible whirlwind of work. And what about the holidays? How do you manage work and personal life?
Hades is a stubborn cat who does not like the main character Tanya, even though she saved him. He behaves as if he has flies in his nose. Maybe the best food does not suit me. Hades goes his own way. One day he got lost. Where did he go? I was hoping he would be found quickly.
As you remember from the previous parts, Mouse is a talented hacker and Tanya's stepson. He will have his hands full, although he is constantly thinking about Hades.
PJ Skinner created an exceptionally short story to brighten up our wait for Christmas.
The plot is very good. The action is fast-paced and never slows down.
The cover is beautiful.

Hades is similar to my pussycat. In terms of personality, too. She despises some cat food. I got a picky cat. She would be perfect for Hades.
